Our mission is to be the leading organization in the field of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine worldwide.
Through leadership and innovation in science and education we will strive to enhance the scientific level and the quality of diagnosis and therapy for patients throughout the world. We will build on the professionalism of our members to provide quality services to patients. We will aim to communicate effectively with our members, other healthcare providers and the public to ensure knowledge of our excellent scientific and educational achievements. We will focus always on scientific standards, publications, education and communications. We will communicate effectively through a variety of electronic media. We will hold outstanding congresses and conferences to bring the efforts of IFCC to the global community.

Persatuan Ahli Teknologi Laboratorium Medik Indonesia (PATELKI) merupakan organisasi yang menjadi tempat berhimpun bagi profesi Ahli Teknologi Laboratorium Medik (ATLM) di Indonesia. PATELKI telah mengalami perjalanan yang panjang di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Kiprah PATELKI di tengah masyarakat sudah berjalan sejak lama, seiring dengan pengakuan terhadap keberadaan PATELKI sebagai mitra pemerintah.

PATELKI didirikan atas inisiasi Kepala Pusat Laboratorium Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan tahun 1986 ketika mendapatkan undangan dari Asean Association of Medical Laboratory Technologist (AAMLT) di Malaysia. Pengesahan PATELKI sebagai organisasi para ATLM (dulu Analis Kesehatan) dilakukan pada tanggl 26 April 1986 di Jakarta dan tanggal tersebut ditetapkan sebagai hari lahir PATELKI. Sebagai organisasi profesi, PATELKI telah dicatat pada Akte notaris dan didaftarkan di Direktorat Jendral Sosial Politik Kementerian Dalam Negeri.
